Folding solar panels W/controller December 6, 2017
Reviewer: Morgiel J Morgan from Green Valley, AZ United States
Connected to my RV house battery’s and they started charging with a partial cloud cover. I added a 20ft 12gage cord so panel could be moved around, and fastened the controller better. Also reinforced the plastic corners for durability. Should do the job now.

Great Product October 19, 2017

We like to camp out in nature so it is disturbing when an RV pulls up next to us and uses their generator.  To be friendly and to extend our stay, we use solar panels to daily recharge our batteries.  Our current solar cells are 45 watts and bulky at 36” x 36”.  Our new 100-watt HGST solar panel is super convenient at 20” x 28” folded into its own suitcase.  It’s very well build and has convenient and sturdy legs to orient the panels to capture the sun’s rays.  It is twice as powerful and has a display that shows how fast the batteries are being charged and how much charge they have.

I don’t know why anyone would have a Honda generator when they could have an HGST solar panel at 1/3 the cost.  (Who needs a microwave oven on a camping trip?)

Great product, great price, technical manual May 31, 2017

Just plugged the product into my RV and it worked as advertised.  Had to buy a plug for my Furrion receptacle and have it soldered, but that was easy.  When you build your manuals, have a communications savvy individual translate it as it is pretty worthless to the average buyer...way too technical and confusing to get any real use from it.

Can't beat the price May 17, 2017

My local RV dealer wants $570 for an 80 watt panel.  This does the job for a lot less.  I spent the weekend making an extension cord so I can park in the shade and put the panel in the sun.  The controller fell off the third time I charged a battery, but I will still give it 5 stars.  I doesn't affect the operation.
